How do you tell the story of a day in one tiny image... Impossible really, as there were so many wonderful moments, so many colourful characters, so much excitement... and of course you would want to see something of the venue itself too ...

Whatever the weather, weddings at Hazlewood Castle are always first class, as not only is the venue perfect for weddings near Leeds and York at any time of the year, but also the food is magnificent.  However, it is the people who make the day, and this wedding was particularly wonderful, as I already knew the bride from a previous wedding many years before and had also photographed the couple at one of their friend’s weddings at again at the castle itself.  Just a shame they didn’t choose to have our lovely Italian storybook albums, or could really have had fun designing something very different for them, but they were happy to have digital pics only to see on their iPad, and use as they wished. They did send me a lovely Thank You card though, with a black and white photo from their wedding ceremony, which they chose as their out and out favourite pic.
